Jayanti

Daughter of Indra, sent by her father to serve Shukra during his thousand-year vow. She becomes his wife and lives with him unseen for ten years (Devi Bhagavata 4.12) or a hundred (Padma Purana, Srishti Khanda 13), the absence that lets Brihaspati take Shukra's place among the Asuras.
