Nila of Mahishmati

Also called: Nila

King of Mahishmati whose daughter Agni married. Agni granted that his troops would never panic and burnt any army that attacked the city; Nila paid tribute to Sahadeva only at Agni's command (Mahabharata, Sabha Parva 30).
