Kumbakonam Brahma Temple (Vedanarayana Perumal)
A Vishnu temple popularly called the Brahma temple: Vedanarayana Perumal with Vedavalli in the sanctum, Brahma flanked by Saraswati and Gayatri to the right, Yoganarasimha to the left. Its legend has Vishnu strip Brahma of the Vedas for boasting and restore him after penance here.
