Kshetrapati

Also called: Kshetrasya Pati

Lord of the Field, invoked in Rigveda 4.57.1-3 to make plants, waters and sky sweet. The same hymn blesses the plough and the oxen and worships Sita, the Furrow (4.57.6-7), with Shuna and Sira.
