Odisha's festival of mid-June (Mithuna Sankranti). For three days Bhudevi, the Earth, is said to have her monthly rest; no ploughing, digging or grinding is done, girls dress up and play on swings, and on the fourth day the grinding stone is bathed as the Earth (Basumati Snana).
