Sinivali
A goddess asked for children: broad-tressed, fair-armed, sister of the gods (Rigveda 2.32.6-8, 10.184.2). The Atharvaveda (7.46) calls her consort of Vishnu; later Vedic texts make her the first day of the new moon.
