Bhai Dooj (Yama Dwitiya)

Also called: Yama Dwitiya, Bhau Beej, Bhai Phonta, Bhai Tika, Bhratri Dwitiya

Second day of the bright half of Karttika, two days after Diwali, when brothers eat at their sisters' homes. Called Bhau Beej in Maharashtra and Gujarat, Bhai Phonta in Bengal, Bhai Tika in Nepal.
