Rukmini

Krishna's queen and Pradyumna's mother. In the Mahabharata (Anusasana XI) she sees Shri shining in Krishna's presence and asks her whom she favours and whom she leaves; Shri's answer is the text's long portrait of the fortunate house. Her own life waits for the avatars section.
